Regus Group Expands - Two New Executive Suite Locations

The Regus Group, the world’s largest provider of fully furnished and equipped offices has expanded its presence with two new locations in Charlotte.

The company has leased 19,000 sf on the entire 4th floor at 301 McCullough Drive.

In addition, Regus has leased a new 18,700 sf center within the Ayrsley Development in Southwest Charlotte.  The Ayrsley location, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2008, will be located on the second floor of the Charleston Row building.

Kathleen Fenn and Anne Vulcano with CB Richard Ellis represented the building owner at 301 McCullough Drive.  Parker Melvin and Anne Vulcano with CB Richard Ellis represented the owner of the Charleston Row building at Ayrsley.  Brian Brtalik with CB Richard Ellis represented Regus in both transactions.
