Engage Charlotte, the Chamber’s Young Professionals organization, works with city leaders, the business community and organizations to attract and retain Young Professionals in our community. Engage Charlotte is open to all Chamber and non‐ Chamber members 21‐39 years of age with an interest in economic development, workforce development, civic engagement and Charlotte’s quality of life for Young Professionals. Founded in 2006, Engage Charlotte communicates monthly with and hosts quarterly events for Charlotte’s Young Professionals. Recognized as a leader in serving as a voice for Charlotte’s Young Professionals, Engage Charlotte has partnerships and alliances with several other influential Young Professional groups in the community.
