Mission & Vision for Engage Charlotte

Engage Charlotte is the Charlotte Chamber’s council for young professionals ages 21 to 39 with an interest in economic development, workforce development, civic engagement and Charlotte’s quality of life. The group’s mission is to work with city leaders, the business community and organizations to attract and retain young professionals in our community. It seeks to serve as a voice for Charlotte’s young professionals and strategically partner with other young professional groups to provide information and value to Charlotte Chamber members and the greater Charlotte community.
