Purpose
To attract, retain and develop black professionals and leverage their talents to influence the future of Charlotte's economic, political, social and cultural foundation. Collaboration characterizes how the Black Professionals Network (BPN) addresses issues to improve black professional's engagement in the Charlotte Chamber and Charlotte community.

Objectives
Establish, execute and communicate relevant programs and activities that connect, educate and engage African American professionals in the Charlotte Chamber and its priorities, while providing networking and professional development opportunities for constituents.

Success Measurement
The Black Professionals Network will assess the impact of its programs and evaluate their effectiveness on a regular basis to ensure success and continued relevance in the business community.
