Belk Innovation in Diversity Award 2010

The Charlotte Chamber aspires to recognize a business organization deserving of the prestigious Belk Innovation in Diversity Award. This award is given to a business who exhibits outstanding leadership in the Charlotte business community by enhancing and achieving diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The Diversity Champion will be recognized during the Charlotte Chamber’s Annual Meeting on November 30, 2010

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Nominees must demonstrate a commitment to the promotion and acceptance of diversity and inclusion.
• Nominees must demonstrate innovation in establishing diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
• Nominees must be a Charlotte Chamber member
• Diversity inclusion efforts must have been in effect for at least one year.
• Measurable results must be identifiable.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Complete the attached nomination form with information on both the nominee and nominator.
• Respond to the award criteria.
• Provide contact information for two individuals who are also familiar with the nominee’s background and accomplishments. Attach additional sheets if needed.
• Mail or email the completed nomination form by August 20th, 2010.
